—Revealer Scientific Instruments Make a Spectacular Appearance at the Conference
On July 24, at the Xinhua News Agency‘s High-Quality Development Conference held in Hefei with the theme “Building a Science and Innovation Community and Jointly Cultivating New-Form Productive Forces,” HF Agile Device Co., Ltd. (Referred to as Agile Device) made a dazzling debut with its self-developed Revealer brand high-speed camera series. As a leading enterprise in domestic high-speed visual perception and measurement technology, Agile Device has provided a systematic solution to the “pain points” of the scientific instrument industry chain by breaking through core technologies that were previously monopolized by foreign companies and establishing a fully controllable industrial ecosystem. It has become a model for driving the development of new-form productive forces and has delivered a high-quality development answer sheet that is a perfect example for Anhui Province.

For a long time, the core components of high-speed visual imaging and measurement systems, namely high-end high-speed CMOS image sensors, have been subject to foreign technological blockades, becoming an invisible shackle that restricts the development of scientific research and high-end equipment in China. After seven years of technological breakthroughs, the research and development team of Dr. Revealer has directly targeted three major pain points in the industrial chain and achieved three disruptive breakthroughs:
1、From "Invisible" to "Visible"
Overcoming the challenges of large-area, bilaterally symmetric drive, high-speed CMOS global shutter sensor technology, we have independently developed a high-speed CMOS sensor with a rate of 16.6 Gpixel/s. It can achieve up to 1 million fps, with a minimum exposure time of just 100 ns, enabling the capture of transient processes at the microsecond level.
2、From "Blurry" to "Clear"
Pioneering the high-speed, high-quality parallel transmission and storage technology for massive data, we utilize multi-processor collaborative transmission and high-bandwidth flash memory arrays. This allows for real-time processing of 16.6 GB of RAW data per second and storage of 17.28 TB. The image signal-to-noise ratio reaches 46 dB, completely solving the problem of blurring in high-speed transient imaging.
3、From "Inaccurate" to "Precise"
We have constructed an edge-end collaborative multi-camera system, achieving near-field displacement measurement accuracy of 3 μm and a synchronization trigger error of only 200 ns among multiple cameras. This system can be applied to high-precision scenarios such as Mars landing hover-avoidance tests and aviation engine maintenance.

Scientific and technological innovation should not only "stand firmly on the ground" but also "look up to the stars." Faced with the dilemma of high-end scientific instruments lacking "chips and cores," Agile Device has explored a path of collaborative innovation along the industrial chain. It works with upstream enterprises such as Changguang Chenxin and Haitu Microelectronics to tackle the wafer fabrication process of high-speed image sensors, building a domestic "core" supply chain and reducing dependence on imported components. At the same time, it takes the lead in formulating standards related to artificial intelligence and high-speed cameras. The Revealer high-speed camera has been applied in scenarios such as the Tianwen-1 Mars landing test and cutting-edge academic research by Tsinghua University and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, serving more than 90% of the 985 and 211 universities with science and engineering programs across the country.
